What can I say! Louise has been a great motivator throughout 2020! Always changing it up. I’ve seen great changes in myself both physically and mentally and am so glad I’ve joined Louise’s online classes to keep me sane during lockdown. Thanks Lou

I can’t recommend Louise highly enough! She has helped me enormously on my fitness journey. Whatever level you are at...you can be sure to get the best advice and help. She makes it so easy...you just have to take the first step, get in touch with Louise. You won’t be disappointed.

If anyone is looking for a PT in the Newbridge/Kildare area, the one person I would highly recommend is Louise Nolan. I’ve been following Louise’s online training program since lockdown. The program consists of a dynamic warmup followed by a 2 strength sessions where she promotes technique over pace. She concentrates on separate areas to build strength so each day is different – legs, arms, core – always core! (I’ve been trained by Louise for a few years and I’ve never done the same session twice). This is followed by a conditioning piece to get the heart rate up. There’s no denying it’s hard work, but each session is ALWAYS enjoyable. Sometimes she sneaks in another core session at the end, just because she’s like that! There’s a stretch and cool down to finish. Louise will always push you to do better but she never pushes you over the edge. She understands that good form is everything and staying injury free is her top priority as well as getting you to look and feel your very best. Everything is explained and demonstrated in clear language and she is always just a phonecall or a message away when you need help. Her weekly check in keeps you accountable and her advice on staying focused is invaluable. She is very accommodating to various needs and schedules. I’m down on the scales but more importantly, am feeling stronger and fitter. Did I mention that she has the patience of a saint? In these Covid times it has to be pointed out that Louise follows guidelines scrupulously and you not find a more sanitised gym. Thanks to Louise I am enjoying training more than ever. She listens to what you want to achieve and spends a lot of time ensuring that your program suits your goals. She takes you through all the movements and is always available to answer any questions that you have as you go along. My program is altered slightly week on week to progress towards my goals and this means I never get bored. Louise is patient and really takes the time to ensure that you have the confidence to do all moves on your own. She checks in with you regularly sending weekly messages to help you stay motivated and on point each week. I would recommend Louise to anyone looking for a trainer that really cares about their clients.

I have been a client of Louise and I could not recommend her enough. As a very unfit 50 something year old smoker. Louise immediately made me feel at ease and pushed me to get fitter and gave me confidence in my own ability. She is very professional and encourages you to get the best out of yourself.

I have been doing PT sessions with Louise for a couple of months, absolutely love it, the classes are totally catered to my ability but still push me and I can feel my fitness and strength improving. Unfortunately second lockdown hit but throughout Lou kept me busy with programmes I could do at home and checked in with me regularly to keep me on my toes! I cannot recommend Louise highly enough, she is a total professional and really knows her stuff!
