Overview
LNF Rowing program was developed to help you build your rowing technique, pacing and overall conditioning. Most people will see a significant increase in their time trials and it also has a large carry over with their other training and overall conditioning.
This program is 3 days a week rowing, as you will see I have laid out a recommended schedule, this is to ensure you get the most out of the program. There are also 2 days allowed for Resistance Training.

As a Bonus, we have included 7 extra Rowing Workouts to use, you can use as your conditioning on your resistance training days or just as an extra to help develop your engine. These are ones I come back to again and again. Please note these are not Mandatory.

Once this 4-week program is completed if you require a follow-on program, you will need to submit your time and distance results, to me and I can then adjust it specific to you and your ability and goals.
