The Tough Reality About Weight Loss

I’m not sure about you but I have been there myself years ago trying the quick fix, not allowing myself to see the long term plan and just making things a whole lot worse. Trying to cut out too much too quick and not having a plan or support system to well support me and in the end to give in and end up worse off then when I first started.

Unfortunately the skinny teas and the fat burners are all still big business and everyone wants results now but for real health and long term results you must put in the time and effort. Look at long term studies of weight regain and you will see no surprises as to who comes out on top here is my top 10 list of Tough Realities About Weight Loss that these big companies don’t tell you

⁃ You must be in a calorie deficit

⁃ There is no one diet that fits all

⁃ No quick fixes for long term results

⁃ There is no magic pill, only hard work

⁃ You can’t out train a bad diet

⁃ You will be hungry at times

⁃ He can eat way more than She can

⁃ Extreme / Fad Diets only work short

⁃ You must hold yourself accountable

⁃ Strength & Cardio training helps

I think this list is pretty self explanatory.

The good news is for long term results this should be a total lifestyle change for overall health.

Yes it will be tough but also can be very manageable with some simple changes and goals to reach you can do anything.

Start with small simple changes and build on them weekly. Build a solid training and nutrition plan you can stick to long term and enjoy the process.
