There is No Secret Formula to weight Loss

It’s that time of year again when everyone is thinking about losing some body fat and getting ready for the party season. Here are some of my Top Tips to help with reaching your goals.

Work on one thing at a time, don’t try and change everything in one day.

It can take 3 weeks yes that’s 21 days to build and break a habit. Best thing you can do is set out small goals and take them on one by one, tick them off your list as you go. I like to have an actual list either in my diary or on my calendar.

It’s like getting up in the morning and making your bed the satisfaction of knowing you have started the day off with a positive action, well you should do the same for your body, have a healthy breakfast or get your early morning training done.

Most importantly is to be kind to yourself, stay positive and remove temptation.

Remember nothing worth having comes easy.
